The Company has been notified on 17 November 2009 that following the sale of 2,000,000 ordinary shares by Robert Parsons & Mrs Deborah Parsons between 27 October 2009 to 04 November 2009 they have an interest in 7,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing 3.73% of the total issued share capital..
