TMN Group plc announces that it has today received notification that as at 29 January 2007 Eaglet Investment Trust plc holds a notifiable interest in 1,675,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.01p each in the Company, representing approximately 3.4% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital. The shares are held in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominees Ltd.
