("RM2" or "the Company") was notified on 27 April 2015 that Woodford Investment Management LLP and Invesco Limited now have interests in total of 66,554,011 and 36,719,500 ordinary shares in the Company, respectively, representing 20.6% and 11.4% of the total issued share capital.
