The Company was notified on 30 September 2013 by The Capital Group Companies Inc. ("Capital") that, as at 26 September 2013, Capital held 52,165,652 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the Company, representing 4.98 per cent of the Company's total shares on issue of 1,048,368,613.
