ZOO DIGITAL GROUP PLC

SALE of shares on behalf of the ZOO employee share trust
The ZOO Employee Share Trust Limited (the "ZEST") has today completed the sale of 4,500 ordinary shares of 15p in the Company at a price of 20 pence per share, to satisfy a routine exercise and sale by two employees. The ZEST is a wholly owned subsidiary of ZOO whose purpose is to hold shares in ZOO for the benefit of the employees of the Group.
ZEST's resultant shareholding is 424,203, representing 1.99% of ZOO's issued share capital.
