Notification of Major Interest in Shares
Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of microwave electronics products for the wireless telecoms infrastructure market and adjacent markets, announces that the Company received notification on 2 September 2016 that Mrs D. M. Dixon is now a holder of 19,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 9.18 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
