Pittards PLC20 November 2006 Pittards plc announces it has been informed that Forvaltnings AB Bronsstadet(Bronsstadet) sold 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7.5penceper share on Friday 17 November 2006. Bronsstadet is now interested in144,916,538 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 64.91percent of the issued share capital.
