The Company was notified today, that following the disposal of shares on 8 August 2012 in the Company, JP Morgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. and its connected parties now have an interest, of 16,192,798 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 per share each in the Company representing 4.98% (previously 5.01%) of the voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
