Volex Group PLC19 July 2007 Regulatory Announcement Volex Group plc (the "Company") 19 July 2007 Holding In Shares On 6 July 2007, the Company made an announcement confirming informationcontained in a TR1 received from Bear Stearns International Trading Limited inwhich it advised that it no longer had an interest in the Company. On 18 July 2007, the Company received notification from Bear StearnsInternational Trading Limited that the TR1 it had submitted to the Company on 5July 2007 had been cancelled and that as at 17 July 2007, it held 5,286,189ordinary shares in the Company, representing 9.32% of the Company's issued sharecapital.
