Major interest in shares
Celtic plc (the "Company") received notification on or around 9 May 2008 on behalf of Michael Declan Culhane that on 20 November 2007 Mr Culhane acquired voting rights in the Company. When aggregated with the interest of the Michael Culhane Private Pension Trust, Mr Culhane's interest in the voting shares of the Company at that time increased to 3,349,280 shares, representing 3.28% of the then issued voting rights.
