Notification of Interest

The Company was informed on 5 August 2008 that Close Investments Limited had a notifiable interest of 397,090 ordinary shares in IS Pharma, being 1.29% of the issued share capital of the Company. 

The change in notifiable interest follows the transfer of the three Close Brothers' AIM VCTs (Close Brothers AIM VCT, Close Second AIM VCT and Close IHT AIM VCT) to Octopus Investments Limited. Subsequent to this transfer Close Investments Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in ordinary 70 pence shares of IS Pharma.
