London, 13 March 2012 - The Company was notified by Libra Advisors LLC on 12 March 2012 that, with effect from 9 February 2012, the total voting rights of Libra Fund II (Luxembourg) S.a.r.I. had fallen below 3% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached and, as such, it no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
