Elektron plc (the "Company") was notified on 18th May 2011 that Maland Pension Fund sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 16th May 2011. Following this disposal, Panther Securities Plc has a total combined interest in 4,367,377 ordinary shares in the Company with 2,267,377 shares held by Panther Securities PLC and 2,100,000 shares held by Maland Pension Fund. This combined holding represents approximately 4.10% of the total voting rights in the Company.
