('Biofutures' or 'the Company')

Biofutures was today notified that on 8 April 2009 Mr. Lim Kwee Gee sold 22,068,380 ordinary shares at 4p each in the Company (representing approximately 14.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company). With this disposal, Mr. Lim ceases to have a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of Biofutures.
