Prudential plc group of companies
On 9 October 2009, The Rank Group Plc ("Rank") received notification from M&G Investment Management Limited on behalf of the Prudential plc group of companies that, as at 8 October 2009, Prudential plc and certain of its subsidiary companies had a notifiable interest in 18,752,489 ordinary 13 8/9p shares representing 4.80% of the total voting rights in Rank.
