Notification of Holdings
Further to the Company’s announcement on 7 November, Fabian Romania has been notified today that, as a result of two trades effected last week, Finite Assets Ltd holds approximately 25.2 per cent. of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital and not 25.4 per cent. as previously notified to the Company. The Company has requested further details in order to satisfy its disclosure obligations under Schedule 5 to the AIM Rules, and a further announcement will be made should such information be forthcoming.
