The Company has been notified of the following shareholdings in the Company:

Reichmuth & Co., as nominee, is interested in 12,016,891 ordinary shares in the Company representing 10.66% of issued share capital of the Company

Petercam Group, on behalf of their clients, through several of its associated entities, is interested in 24,008,249 ordinary shares in the Company representing 21.31% of issued share capital of the Company.
