7 April 2008 Talent Group plc ("Talent" or the "Company") Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 3 April 2008 that, following a transaction on 2 April 2008, Deutsche Bank AG now holds 1,883,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 11.62 per cent of the issued voting share capital of the Company. The shares are registered in the name of Tilney Investment Management.
