Sable Mining Africa Limited, the AIM listed resource investment company, received notification on 11 February 2011 that following an acquisition of ordinary shares in the Company on 8 February 2011, Credit Suisse Group AG, the parent holding company of Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd, Credit Suisse International and Credit Suisse Asset Management LLC, is now interested in 52,334,525 shares, representing 5.64% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
