The Company has been notified that as at 28 August 2007, following the recent placing, Gartmore Investment Limited holds 1,675,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 8.80 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. The shares are registered in the name of Gartmore Growth Opportunities plc.
