Holding in Company

On 17 June 2008 Biofutures was notified that on 13 June 2008 Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd made a purchase of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which increased its holding from 6,457,177 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.27 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company to 8,457,177 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.60 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
