Holding in Company

Imaginatik plc ("the Company") was informed on 9 September 2010 that, following a recent disposal of 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.0625p each in the Company ("Shares"), Mr Mark Turrell now has an interest in 76,148,415 Shares. This interest represented 47.82% of the Company's issued Shares following the disposals, and now represents 35.82% of the Company issued Shares following admission to trading on AIM on 9 September 2010 of the new Shares pursuant to the placing announced on 6 September 2010.
