Harbinger Increases Interest in Company

Sable Mining, the AIM listed resource investment company, received notification on 23 March 2010 that as of 17 March 2010 the shareholding of Harbinger Capital Partners LLC ('Harbinger'), as the investment adviser to Harbinger Capital Partners Master Fund I, increased from 19.08% to 23.35% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company, as a result of the acquisition of 24,200,000 shares in the capital of the Company by Harbinger.
