Half-yearly Financial Report for the six month period ended 31 August 2014

Printed paper copies of the Company's Half-yearly Financial Report for the six month period ended 31 August 2014 (the "Report") were delivered to shareholders last week. Unfortunately, there was an error in the collating of the Report by the printers which has resulted in the body of Ventus VCT plc's report having been inserted into the Ventus 2 VCT plc's cover.

The Company's Report will be re-printed and re-sent to shareholders this week.

The Company's Report was issued by Regulatory News Service on 29th October 2014 in correct form. The Report is also available in correct form on the Company's website at:
