Grant of Share Options to Directors
The Company announces that on 9 April 2014, options were granted to the following directors of the Company:

All options will be exercisable at a price of 10p, subject to performance criteria for the executive directors Mr Cartmell, Mr Carter and Mr Crawford. The options will vest over three years in three equal tranches and will be exercisable between 9 April 2015 and 9 April 2024.
