Carpetright PLC12 February 2008 12 February 2008 Regulatory News ServiceLondon Stock Exchange DIRECTORS' AND PDMR SHARE OPTIONS On 11 February 2008, options over 298,473 ordinary shares were granted with anexercise price of £6.18 per share under the company's Savings Related ShareOption Scheme, which total included options over 2,718 ordinary shares grantedto each of Lord Harris, Martin Harris, John Kitching and Christian Sollesse. Thedirectors' options will mature and become exercisable in 2013. Also included was a 5-year option over 2,718 shares granted to Mrs CarolineSollesse. The option granted to Mrs Sollesse forms part of Mr Sollesse'snotifiable interest. Options granted under this Scheme to these directors and Mrs Sollesse in 2005have lapsed.
