Grant of Options
The Company announces the following grant of options over ordinary shares in the Company of 10p nominal value ("Ordinary Shares") to certain executive directors in accordance with the recommendations of the Company's Remuneration Committee.

*'A' shares in Everyman Media Holdings Limited are performance shares which can be exchanged into an Ordinary Share in the Company. The benefit of holding an A ordinary share in Everyman Media Holdings Limited for the participant is similar to the benefit of holding an EMI Option exercised under a cashless exercise.
The exercise of the new options granted is subject to the share price performance of the Company as set out below:
- One third exercisable after first anniversary of date of granting if share price exceeds £1.30 for 15 consecutive days, | |
- One third exercisable after second anniversary of date of granting if share price exceeds £1.50 for 15 consecutive days, | |
- One third exercisable after third anniversary of date of granting if share price exceeds £1.80 for 15 consecutive days. |
