25 September 2008 Surface Transforms plc ("Surface Transforms" or the "Company") Further re: Issue and Surrender of share options

Further to the announcement made on 22 September 2008, the Company announces that the 502,926 options granted will have an exercise price of 18.5p being the average of the closing mid-market prices for the three day period ended 24 September 2008.

Following the issue and surrender of the options, the Company will have the following options in issue:
