Datacash Group PLC26 February 2007 26 February 2007 DataCash Group plc ("DataCash" or the "Company") Correction Announcement Further to the announcement (RNS Number 8443R) made earlier on today, the Boardof DataCash have subsequently been informed by the Board of NetGiro International AB ("NetGiro International") that all of the resolutions proposedat the Extraordinary General Meeting of NetGiro International held earlier todaywere adjourned until 30 March 2007 while the Board of NetGiro Internationalconsiders the alternative proposal. This includes the adjournment of theresolution to approve the acquisition of NetGiro Systems AB by DataCash aspreviously announced.
