Fundraising and Issue of Equity update
Sirius Petroleum (AIM:SRSP) the investing company focused on oil and gas exploration and development opportunities in Nigeria, announces that further to the announcement on 17 March 2016 in respect of the Fundraising and Issue of Equity (the "Fundraise Announcement"), the Subscription Shares (as defined in the Fundraise Announcement) are now expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on or around 31 March 2016 ("Admission").
Following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 1,888,029,523.
