The Board of Foresight VCT plc is pleased to declare an interim dividend relating to the year ended 31 December 2018 of 5.0p per share, which will be paid on 3 May 2019. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 11 April 2019 and the record date for payment will be 12 April 2019.
