Financing Update
Blue Star Capital announces that it is in advanced discussions regarding a potential new loan facility ("New Facility") to replace the Company's existing shareholder loan ("Shareholder Loan") originally entered into by the Company on 28 April 2011 and extended on 1 June 2012. Pending the outcome of discussions, the Shareholder Loan remains in place.
A further announcement will be made when appropriate.
