Landore Resources Limited04 April 2008 Landore Resources Limited ("Landore" or the "Company") Exercise of Warrants The Company announces that, following the exercise of broker warrantsapplication has been made for the admission of 1,624,525 ordinary shares of 1peach in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM. The new OrdinaryShares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and it is expectedthat admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 10 April 2008. Following admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the total number of votingrights in the Company's Ordinary Shares will be 127,257,323, which may be usedby shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they willdetermine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to theirinterest in, Landore under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules.
