Exercise of Options
Application has today been made for 204,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to an exercise of prior options by a former consultant of the Company. These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to commence on 10 June 2008.
