COPPER RESOURCES CORP EXERCISE OF OPTIONS AND CANCELLATION OF OPTIONS

Copper Resources Corp ("CRC", "the Company") announces that options over 800,000 common shares in the company have been exercised at US$1.00 per share. Accordingly, these shares were duly issued and allotted on 5th and 6th July 2007.

In addition, warrants have been exercised over 370,000 common shares in the Company as follows:

--120,000 warrants at ‚£0.55 per share

--150,000 warrants at ‚£0.77 per share

--100,000 warrants at ‚£0.75 per share

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these 1,170,000 common shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 13 July 2007.

Following this exercise, the total number of the Company's shares currently in issue is 71,864,191.

The Company also announces that options in respect of 1,062,500 common shares have been cancelled due to staff and director departures earlier this year, of which 312,500 had been vested.

As a result, there are 3,678,175 outstanding vested options and 6,499,929 outstanding warrants.
