APC Technology Group PLC("APC" or the "Company")
Exercise of Options
The Company announces that, following the exercise of share options under the Company's 2003 Employee Share Option Scheme, application has been made for the admission of 36,762 new ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company to trading on AIM.
The new ordinary shares to be issued described above (the "New Ordinary Shares") will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares, and it is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings in these shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 28 February 2014.
Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 58,151,563 ordinary shares with voting rights. APC does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
The aforementioned figure of 58,151,563 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, APC under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
