Estes Loan
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 5 July 2017, Uranium Resources is pleased to announce that its major shareholder, Estes Limited, has agreed to increase its unsecured loan facility dated 16 January 2017 to US$160,000 and the term of the loan has been extended to 31 October 2017.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
