1. Helical Bar Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust ("ESOP")

On the 26th and 27th August 2014, the ESOP purchased a total of 500,000 ordinary 1p shares in Helical Bar at an average price of 329p per share. The ESOP now holds 3,541,844 (3.0%) ordinary 1p shares. The purpose of the ESOP is to facilitate and encourage the ownership of shares by or for the benefit of employees by the acquisition and distribution of shares in the Company.
