The Board of Directors has recommended for the EGM approval an interimdividend payment for nine months of 2016 in the amount of RUB 444.25(approximately USD 6.95 at the RUB/USD exchange rate of the Russian CentralBank as of 10.11.2016) per one ordinary share. The Board of Directors has set the EGM record date (the list ofshareholders eligible to vote) on November 21, 2016 and has proposed to setthe interim dividend record date (the list of shareholders entitled to theinterim dividend) on December 28, 2016.
