THE VITEC GROUP PLC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 19 MAY 2009
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.3 the Company announces that it has today lodged, with the UK Listing Authority, two copies of all resolutions passed by the Company, other than resolutions concerning ordinary business, at the annual general meeting of the Company held on 19 May 2009.
