Sterling Conversion Rate for Dividend

Omega Insurance Holdings Limited ("Omega") previously declared a Final Dividend of US$0.065 per common share ("Final Dividend"). The Final Dividend, announced on 11 March 2010, will be payable on 30 April 2010 to those shareholders on the register as at 9 April 2010.

For those shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in Pounds Sterling, the dividend will be 4.233 pence per share based upon the exchange rate of US$1.5354 = £1 on 9 April 2010.
