Declaration of Interim Dividend

The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce an interim dividend, in respect of the Company's financial year ended on 31 December 2025, of 2.2p per share. This dividend will be paid on 7 August 2026 to shareholders on the Company's register of members as at 3 July 2026. The ex-dividend date is 2 July 2026 and the last date for receipt of elections in respect of the interim dividend under the Company's flexible dividend re-investment scheme is 24 July 2026.
