Dividend Declaration

Further to the announcement of its audited results to 31 December 2012 earlier today, Charlemagne Capital Limited confirms that it has declared an interim dividend of 1.0 US cent (0.6583 pence) per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2012.

This dividend will be paid on 26 April 2013 to shareholders on the record on 5 April 2013. Dividends will be payable in pounds sterling unless the Company's registrar holds an instruction from the shareholder to pay in US dollars.
