CHENAVARI DECLARES DIVIDEND FOR PERIOD ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2014

The Company is pleased to announce the payment of a dividend of 1.25 pence per ordinary share for the period 1 July 2014 to 30 September 2014 making a total payment for the period from Admission to the first financial year end of 5.25 pence.

The dividend will be paid on 28 November 2014 to holders of ordinary shares recorded on the register as at close of business on 7 November 2014.
