Dividend Declaration

Further to the announcement of its interim results to 30 June 2008 earlier today, Charlemagne Capital Limited confirms that it has declared an ordinary interim dividend of 2.50 US cents (1.3863 pence) per share.

The dividend will be payable on 9 October 2008 to shareholders on the register on 12 September 2008. Dividends will be payable in pounds sterling unless the Company's registrar holds an instruction from the shareholder to pay in US dollars.
