PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND
Paints & Chemical Industries "PACHIN" (PACH.CA/PCLDq.L) announces the payment of the cash dividend approved by the Shareholders' General Meeting on November 21, 2015 as follows:
Rate: 1.00 Egyptian pound.
Payable date: December 21, 2015.
The distribution of this cash dividend will be made to Holders at the end of trading on December 16, 2015.
