R.E.A.Hldgs PLC17 December 2007 R.E.A. Holdings plc (the "company") - second interim dividend In the company's interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2007, it wasindicated that the directors of the company intended to declare a second interimdividend in respect of 2007 for payment in early 2008 of a further 1p perordinary share making a total dividend of 2p per ordinary share in respect ofthe year, a first interim dividend of 1p per share having been paid in October2007. In line with that indication, the directors of the company have today declared asecond interim dividend, in lieu of final, for the year ending 31 December 2007of 1p per ordinary share. This will be paid on 25 January 2008 to shareholderson the register at the close of business on 4 January 2008.
