GM Announces Quarterly Dividend DETROIT, Aug. 2 -- General Motors Corp. (NYSE: GM) today announceda third-quarter dividend of $0.25 per share on GM common stock. The dividend ispayable Sept. 9, 2006, to holders of record as of Aug. 11, 2006. The dividendrate is unchanged from the previous quarter.
