Dividend Declaration
In the Company's preliminary results announcement of 26 March 2013, the Company announced that the Board will recommend a maiden dividend of 0.25p per share at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
Subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the maiden dividend will be paid on 18 June 2013 to shareholders on the register on 14 June 2013.
