PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND
Paints & Chemical Industries "PACHIN" (PACH.CA/PCLDq.L) announces the payment of the cash dividend approved by the Shareholders' General Meeting on 8.11.2009 as follows:
Rate: 3.50 Egyptian pounds.
Payable date: December 8th ,2009.
The distribution of this cash dividend will be made to Holders as at the end of trading on December 3rd ,2009.
